Where we ship
- We ship from Canada to most countries worldwide. Orders to remote areas may require extra transit time.
Processing and customization
- Customized items: 3–5 business days to personalize before shipping.
- Non‑custom items : typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods and timing
- Canada: Expedited Parcel. Typical transit 2–7 business days after shipment.
- USA: Tracked cross‑border service. Typical transit 4–10 business days after shipment.
- International: Tracked postal or courier service. Typical transit 7–12 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking and notifications
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Address accuracy
- Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kersluxe@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost, damaged, or missing items
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email kersluxe@gmail.com within 7 days. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and the shipping address. We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with a replacement or solution.
