Where we ship

  • We ship from Canada to most countries worldwide. Orders to remote areas may require extra transit time.

Processing and customization

  • Customized items: 3–5 business days to personalize before shipping.
  • Non‑custom items : typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods and timing

  • Canada: Expedited Parcel. Typical transit 2–7 business days after shipment.
  • USA: Tracked cross‑border service. Typical transit 4–10 business days after shipment.
  • International: Tracked postal or courier service. Typical transit 7–12 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking and notifications

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

 

Address accuracy

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kersluxe@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, damaged, or missing items

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email kersluxe@gmail.com within 7 days. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and the shipping address. We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with a replacement or solution.
